Step 1Filter the Hotels
Begin by telling us:
> Where you are going
> When you are going
> How many nights you are staying
> How many people you are going with
Then click Search!
Step 2Refine and confirm Hotels
Refine your search by entering further details about your group. This will help hotels tailor their quote to your needs.
When you are happy with your list of hotels click on the "Contact all hotels" button. This will send your details to the hotels you have chosen.
Now just sit back and wait, we will contact all the hotels on your behalf!
Step 3Evaluate Bids Received
You could start to receive bids for your group's business within 1 hour. You can choose to accept an offer straight away or wait until the end of the 24 hour period and all bids have been made.
The hotels' bids will stay live for 24 hours from when the bidding ends.
Don't just base your choice on price. Look and see what freebies the hotels want to offer you!
Step 4Accept Hotel's Offer
When you have decided on the best hotel for your group click on the "Accept offer" button.
You will get a confirmation email from Dingadeal confirming the booking and your details will be automatically sent to the chosen hotel.
The hotel will then contact you to confirm all the details.
Step 5Create a Rooming List
Once you have chosen a hotel you can create a rooming list. Simply assign each member of your group to a room.
Now you don't have to worry about sorting out who stays in what room when you arrive.
Step 6Organise Group Payment Collection
Finally, you can ensure that you collect all the money from your group by invoicing group members from your dashboard.
You can import the group members' contact details and send each person in the group an invoice, specifying how much is owed and when it must be paid by.
This ensures that you can enjoy your stay and that you aren't spending time chasing payments.
