number, group interests, group type, group size, rooms required, accommodation plans
(including destination and travel dates) and information posted by you in the feedback
section (including photos, reviews and testimonials):
4.3.1 you grant to us a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute such material in any media, including relevant social networks, together with the right to sub-licence such rights; and
4.3.2 you confirm that you have obtained the consent of any individual identified in such material to the posting of the material on the Website and/or relevant social networks.
4.4 You may print off a reasonable number of copies and may download extracts, of any page(s) from the Website for your personal reference and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to material posted on the Website
4.5 You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.
